The 449 Club, is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that is a board governed rental meeting facility for A.A., N.A. and other recovery related meetings and events.
Cost to rent a room:
1 hour meeting: $ 10.00
1 1/2 hour meeting: $ 12.00
1/2 day—complete facility $ 50.00
Full day—complete facility: $ 100.00
It costs between $1300 to $2000 a month in basic operational costs to maintain the building. This includes utilities, water, sewer, trash, pest control, floors, supplies, repairs, landscaping and maintenance. The 449 Club provides a safe place for meetings, speakers, workshops, board meetings, marathon meetings for the holidays, holiday meals, memorial services, celebrations, movies, fundraisers, socials, dances etc. But none of this could be done without the contribution of your time, talents, donations, rental fees and membership dues. Annual membership dues are $25 per year (per person), or $200 Lifetime Membership. We love and appreciate our Members!
